25 Books to Help You Grow as a Leader

A few months ago a friend asked me for some book recommendations. As a result of the lockdown, he had quite a bit more downtime than he was used to and wanted to use his time wisely, so reading naturally jumped to the top of the to-do list. “Anything about leadership, coaching, or mental performance is what I’m most interested in” he told me.

This is the list I gave him.

It’s a list of 25 books that can help you grow as a leader, improve as a coach, and generally obtain a stronger mindset. I’ve read most of the books on the list, but there’s a few I haven’t gotten to yet. I hope this list gives you some good reading material, as reading good books is the quickest, easiest, and most direct way to gain knowledge.
